Two of my colleague that i know personally even before i joined this company are on a 2 years medical leave for depression due to work load. And the company psychiatrist revealed that there are a lot of similar cases happened. There was once, a male staff nearly committed suicide. Each time he got a new project, he will write a surat wasiat for his family.
*SHOCKED*
I am so stressed right now. I have thousands of work that is piling up each day. It becomes more stressful when your superior doesn't recognize your hard work. *CRY*
